CHICAGO, IL — February 2026 — The Sultanate of Amexem announces Bey Group International (BGI) — a $100 million private equity investment fund and the first institutional capital vehicle built, managed, and operated by the Moorish American people.
The Fund Bey Group International is the investment platform. It is the vehicle through which the Sultanate's economic mandate becomes institutional capital — acquiring, building, and holding positions across real estate, commercial enterprises, intellectual property, and strategic operating businesses. BGI does not trade in aspiration. It deploys in positions.
The Management Firm Bey Group of Companies manages the fund. Founded in 2021 under the custodianship of the Sultanate of Amexem, the management firm directs capital strategy, oversees portfolio operations, and administers the cooperative economics programs — business certification, cooperative commerce, and collective investment — that connect the Sultanate's membership to institutional economic opportunity.
The Technology Through the BGI platform, Bey Group of Companies has launched FundExecs Technologies — developing FundExecs OS, an institutional operating system for fund management and portfolio operations that will power the fund's infrastructure from within.
The Authority All three entities operate under the supreme authority of the Sultanate of Amexem. This is not a private endeavor operating adjacent to the body. It is the economic arm of a sovereign governing institution — built for and accountable to the Moorish American people.
"A sovereign people must command sovereign capital," the Sultanate stated. "Bey Group International is not a milestone. It is a standard."
