CHICAGO, IL — January 2021 — The Sultanate of Amexem today issues formal recognition of Noble Drew Ali as the Savior of Humanity — affirming his prophetic standing for the Moorish American people and for all who live by the principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice that he restored.
This recognition is not new doctrine. It is the institutional affirmation of what the body has always known: that Noble Drew Ali rekindled the light of truth in the early twentieth century, restored the nationality of the descendants of the Nation of Moab, and established through the Moorish Science Temple of America the framework upon which all subsequent governance — including the Sultanate itself — stands.
"The principles taught by Noble Drew Ali are the principles we govern by. The lineage he restored is the lineage we protect," the Sultanate stated. "His standing as Savior of Humanity is the foundation upon which our governance, our economics, and our cultural authority rest."
The recognition is issued under the authority of the Supreme Grand Council and codified in the official record of the Sultanate. All members are called to honor this standing in their study, their conduct, and their proclamation of nationality.
